Creative Work Systems seeks to enable persons with cognitive, physical and psychiatric handicaps to increase or regain self-sufficiency through employment, independent living support, and personal skills development and social/interpersonal opportunities. CWS will diminish the social, cultural, employment, attitudinal and physical barriers which impede participation in community life.
