The Libertarian Party of Maine supports individual liberty, constitutionally guaranteed individual rights, limited government with representation of all interests, free markets, and fiscal responsibility. They oppose unchecked or expansive governmental power, initiation of physical force, censorship or restriction of freedom of speech, governmental interference with private property, and criminal penalties for victimless crimes.
