Maine Farm & Sea Cooperative is a procurement and food service management company that is owned and operated by Maine people. Their mission is to provide Maine institutions with the highest possible percentage of locally produced, value-added food. They aim to create a resilient Maine food system by serving healthy, delicious food; by managing fair prices for consumers, workers and producers; by maintaining social responsibility and environmental sustainability; and by using institutional purchasing power to create economic growth across the state.
