YOQC Maine (Youth-Oriented-Queer-Club) is a youth-led organization made for LGBTQ+ youth to discuss LGBTQ+ issues, meet people/network within the community, and receive help and support in a safe environment.

In our generation, youth, and particularly LGBTQ+ youth connect with others through the internet. Because of this, we decided to create an online support system for all LGBTQ+ youth (and allies) in Maine to get together and talk, form relationships, and create campaigns in their towns and schools. We hope to harness the power of young voices and turn them into pioneers in the LGBTQ+ community.
